Duran Duran still has it
Simon LeBon sounds the same way now that he did 25 years ago, and the same for the band's sound. The crowd was very entertained at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut, and were a fan of this band since the 1980s. The show was a mix of new stuff and classic hits. You can tell these guys still enjoy playing their music and playing to the crowd. The last show at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday was even better. Neon Trees, the opening act, was great! The same can be said for this show - better sounds, better view, and there's only one MSG. The show-stopping last encore ended with "Rio." The old hits were what the crowd wanted to hear, and they weren't disappointed. The new songs were fairly receptive to the crowd, especially ones you could dance to. "Girls on Film" was played at Foxwoods, which this show didn't.
